Okay so now that we've introduced ourselves let's explain why we are doing this! We are doing all this because we know we aren't the only ones, and we know how hard it is to come home early from your mission no matter what reason. But we don't have to go it alone, we have each other and we have the Savior. And I guess we are also doing this to own the fact that we came home early, but by coming home early that doesn't mean we didn't serve a mission, dang it! We may have been missionaries for only a short amount of time, but we gave it our all; and the Lord doesn't love us any less. And He doesn't love any other early RM less either. And what better way to share that than through the internet?
That's our goal, to share our stories with as many people as we possibly can so that maybe it might help them through their trials! Now what can you do to help us help others, you ask? Help spread the word though word of mouth and social networking! We know that there is a reason for us being home and this just might be it!
So what are we gonna be talking about? Well we are gonna be honest and open and funny, because if you can't laugh at yourself and your trials you're doing it wrong. We experience trials to become better not bitter so laughing is key! We're gonna share tips and advice and answer y'all's questions that you can email us at cokeanpeanuts@gmail.com. So ask away!
And now for our testimonies:
Cassie:  I have shared my testimony in a plethora of ways, but via the internet is a first, haha. But just because you can't see me or hear what I have to say doesn't make it any less sincere. I know with all of my heart that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the one true Church. I know that it was brought back to the earth by a 14 year old boy through the power of God. I've prayed about it so many times and each time my conviction just gets stronger and stronger. I know that our Savior Jesus Christ is real. I have felt the blessings of the sacrifice He made in Gethsemane and on Calvary. The Savior's love is there for everyone. You don't have to be alone He understands every hardship, every pain, and every tear you've ever shed. He and our loving Heavenly Father know us better than we know ourselves. At times it's hard. At times we don't even get what we thought we wanted most, but I promise it's for the better. There is a plan for each of us. It may take our whole lives to find it, but it's out there. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ amen
Morgan: ha ah oh man sharing my testimony was my favorite thing  of my mission so being able to share it like this is amazing! So I'd like to begin by saying that I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints  is the true church, I know this because I have prayed about it and have received my own witness that it is true. And along with the church and the gospel I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God and that it goes hand in hand along with the a Bible,  they are there to help us be our very best selves . I truly believe and have a knowledge that by listening to the instructions and lessons in the Book of Mormon  we can grow closer to the Savior, and be more like him. And that's what this is all about. That's why we are here on Earth, to learn to follow the example of The Lord so that we can live with Him and our Heavenly Father again. I know that even though we face so many trials and hardships they are all for our growth and perfection. There is a plan for us, a plan for us to be happy for all eternity. And I know that being home and staying strong in the gospel is hard but it'll all be okay, and everything happens for a reason. And I say these things in the sacred name of  of Jesus Christ, Amen.
